The bluebonnets and redbuds are blooming and spring is in the air! While there is still the possibility of one final cold front in our area, it looks like we have made it through a delightfully mild winter. Now onto my favorite time of year – home maintenance season!

Whether you are looking to buy, sell or simply take care of your existing home, there is a lot to know about maintenance and how it impacts a house’s longevity.
